What's IMS ?

The integrated management system consists of three standard including of: ISO9001 Quality Management System and ISO14001 Environmental Management system  and OHSAS18001 occupational health and safety system

Advantages of  IMS :

Definitions :

- Risk or Hazard: Combination of the probability of occurrence of a hazardous event or exposure and severity of the injury.

- Environmental aspects: part of the activities of an organization that may interact with the environment.

  - Risk assessment: The overall process of estimating the size and extent of risks arising from the risk taking into account the adequacy of any existing controls

-  Quality: the degree of fulfillment of obligations and Requirement by a set of inherent characteristics

Proposal of  IMS :

- Set health and safety and environmental and quality policies and programs of macro and micro targets  .

- Under controlling  , integrating , optimizing  and classification of documents and records

- A periodic assessment of compliance with the objectives and programs of environmental and health and safety requirements

- Preparation  and operational criteria and operational control, including : risk , Hazards , events , Aspects , consequences

- Identify legal requirements and regulatory activities of  products or services related to hazards , risks and aspects

- Define , identify and risks , aspects and impacts control and occupational health and safety Hazards

- Establish a mechanism to identify and respond to stakeholders and parties internal and external communication

- training needs , planning , implementation and Effectiveness  training Course's

- Developing quality plans , procedures, monitoring and inspection of raw materials , production stages and final product
